Over the years, Nemegheer has also specialised in the international trade of cattle with mainly cull cows and bulls for slaughter or being prepared for slaughter.

Sustainability within the sector is essential. We resolutely prefer animals that had an extensive and/or biological way of life. The purchase mainly takes place in southern countries. Subsidiary REFOX Ida focuses on the purchase, fattening and sale of cull cows of all breeds, such as:

  • Limousin
  • Charolais
  • Parthenaise
  • Blonde d'Aquitaine
  • Angus
  • Salers
  • Belgian white blue
  • Local southern varieties
  • Cross-bred cows

We also offer a range of young bulls and heifers for fattening or breeding. Finally, we focus on the import and export of sheep, goats and dairy cattle.
